Routine

This below will be my workout “schedule” if you will. I’ll more or less stick to it, but some days may be a little different. I try to bike every day (gotta work on that goal, after all!), and I’ll be doing various other workouts as the days progress and my experience improves.

Monday: Mobility Warm-up, Pushups, Knee Raises, Kettlebell Turkish Getup

Tuesday: Mobility Warm-up, Kettlbell Swings

Wednesday: Stretching, Pull Ups, Squats

Thursday: Stretching, Bridges, Kettlebell Turkish Getup

Friday: Mobility Warm-up, Kettlebell Swings

Saturday: Mobility Warm-up, Stretching & Martial Arts training

Sunday: Mobility & Stretching, Sandbag Press Ladders

The above does not include any cycling, which is my primary “cardio” if you will. I enjoy bicycling and do quite a bit of it.
